Preparing for Your Photo Shoot
We work on a precise schedule, with a set amount of time for each shoot. To ensure the best results, have your home 100% ready before the photographer arrives. If possible, plan to hang out in a designated room with kids and pets while we work.
Matterport 3D Scans
The process takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour per 1,000 sq. ft.
No people or pets can be inside—movement interferes with the scan.
Interiors only—outdoor areas are not included in 3D scans, unless requested.

What’s your turnaround time?
Most photo galleries are delivered within 24–48 hours. Matterport tours and video may take a bit longer depending on scope, but I always aim to deliver quickly without sacrificing quality.
Do I need to stage or clean the property?
Yes. A clean, uncluttered space photographs best. I’ll send a short prep checklist before the shoot to make sure your property is looking its best.
What is a Matterport 3D Tour?
A Matterport tour is an immersive, clickable 3D experience that allows viewers to explore the property as if they’re walking through it. It’s a great way to engage buyers and boost online listings.
Can you provide drone photography and video?
Yes—I’m an FAA-licensed drone pilot and offer both aerial photos and cinematic drone videos. They’re perfect for showcasing larger lots, acreage, or unique views.
What if the weather is bad?
If weather conditions aren’t ideal—especially for drone shoots—we’ll reschedule at no cost to you. Clear skies make a big difference in your final results.
Do you offer discounts for multi-property or ongoing work?
